Here's how my posts on this community are going to work.
First, I will post a scheduling (month) post at least one week before the game month. So the scheduling November post will occur later today. These posts will include my free times.
You will then post the exact same type of thing, that is, free time schedules. Thereafter, we will attempt to schedule games for the next month so that all players may attend. Between one and two games will occur.
In your schedule post, please indicate whether or not you would like to have a one-on-one session that month. Queued players, please do the same if you wish to have a one-on-one session.
A failure of attendance will be accepted under extreme circumstances, if it happens twice consecutively you will be moved to the back of the queue and the first person in the queue will be replacing you the session after. Similarly, players who make a habit of missing sessions will also be placed at the back of the queue.
Don't be absent. If you're worried about your chances of making it to a session, don't include that timeframe as free time. It's because we'd like to have a low absenteeism that we're doing scheduling the way we are.
Don't be late. If you're worried about your chances of making it to a session on time, list the start of that free time slot as later.
Don't leave early. Give yourself some breathing room between the end of a free time slot and what you must do next.
The above are generally common sense in gaming, but I'd really like to avoid absences, lates, and early leaves in this game. I know emergencies come up, that's expected. Again, leave yourself some breathing room.
Bring a snack. Be it a bag of chips, drinks, money for pizza or whatever, make a contribution to the snacks whenever you're able. This appeases the HG and leaves your fellow players feeling happy and comfortable so they won't be expecting your inevitable betrayal.
One last common sense suggestion: Come with sleep, or appropriate substitute. Ideally sleep.
